I do not want to go back to my country for security reasons. This resolution is for your consumption only because of the level of confidence I have in you and nobody else should know about this and my current position because of President GBAGBO and his agents do not know my whereabout and if he knows, he will liquidate me because I am the only treat to his ambition of being a life President.
This money was actually deposited in cash with a safe deposit house and the money was meant for gold and diamond transaction which is common in West Africa. Now that I have confided in you, I am asking for your help to bring this money to your country for investment due to my in ability to do this solely on my own.
I will be willingly to offer you percentage for your assistance towards transfering the money to your country and you are going to manage the rest of the money in any investment in your country.
Please ensure that no one knows about this money as it is only my family and yourself know about this money.
